Facility Training/Train-The-Trainer Program

What it is:

• Experts in accident investigation, nuclear, aviation and healthcare, conduct train the trainer classes in interviewing techniques, for use in conducting formal RCA, FMEA and PRA processes, priority setting in the decision making, and management of change
• After learning how to measure and analyze reported events, train your staff to develop strategies to implement lessons learned

Why it is needed:

• Many times staff are placed in QM/RM/PSO positions without specific training in the field, which is managed by offsite course attendance
• Onsite training allows one to one role playing, management of confrontation, how to select proper techniques to improve the effectiveness of existing staff

• Formal course plus informal consultation
