CRG Medical partners with InfoTool to measure, track and analyze the critical drivers of an organization's balanced scorecard and/or assess the dynamic elements and drivers of today's learning organizations. InfoTool is a Web-based application that is scalable to any size organization. It was founded by a research team of Ph.D. organizational consultants that thirsted for an efficient and effective tool to measure and analyze key organizational business drivers, but in a simple and cost-effective manner. The team needed a Web-based application that was dynamic, interactive and intuitive enough to empower clients to analyze the root cause needs of their employees and their customer's perceptions while being flexible to the changing requirements of the marketplace.

Traditionally, measurement systems and the balanced scorecard rely on historical or lagging data, which is analogous to driving an organization through its rear view mirror.

InfoTool is designed to be an early warning system, furnishing real time, leading indicator data, allowing management to seize market opportunities and advantages before the competition does.

Further, many organizations are not only frustrated by lagging indicators, but also grapple with how to make sense of the data. That's why a series of intuitive "dashboards" that "slice and dice" the data was created, to provide a highly visual and intuitive root cause analysis, translating soft data into tactical action.
