Open-ended Responses

Open-ended responses can be view by each demographic and can be sorted with text searched.  Text analytics is a new feature capable of instantly sorting by themes.

Open-ended responses give the employee a chance to express opinions, needs, perception or even values and behaviors, with responses correlated to the strategic purpose of the survey intent. Listening to the voice of the employee is the most important data source, provided they feel secure enough with the anonymity of the survey results, to be honest. 

High degree of care should be taken in crafting these open ended questions.  The inquiry and corresponding information received support and evidence the need to take certain leadership corrective actions.  This data can be sorted by each demographic, searched by key words, subjected to more formal text analytics for global theme, and finally, the results can be exported to word or power point.
