In that time, the team has established partnerships and strategic relationships with key software providers, healthcare consulting firms, and research institutions in this sizable market segment.

The company has invested significant resources since January 2003 to develop and build a suite of products and services, research the market, form partnerships, validate the CRG value proposition, and build an initial customer base. The team has used that ability to create KM tools and methodologies to reduce and prevent harm in healthcare settings.
