SOS - Share-Our-Stories

Community Medical Foundation for Patient Safety (PSO#29) and CRG Medical, Inc., members of the PSO Services Group (PSO#28), introduced a new patient safety recording system for patients and families who wish to record a recent health care experience or a medical adverse event.
